Plug on the bottom left. For what?

I have a 2020 ZOE. On the left side behind the bumper I have two plugs coming out of one harness. One is the connection to the charging flap but the other remains empty. I don't know if anything was connected here before because the car had the front bumper replaced.

Direction Indicator sound
ZOE Z.E.50/E-Tech 2019-Present
My direction indicators no longer make a clicking sound. I have checked, and the sound is set to High. I have tried resetting the multimedia system, by pressing and holding the power on/off for 5 seconds, but that hasn't fixed the issue. I know other people have had this issue, is there a fix?
