Renault Zoe 2022 GT Line problem

I was driving home and these warning lights flash up and on the dashboard quite quickly continuously from my full journey

And when I was breaking the car pushes forward and braking at the same time so can it jumps forward as you break I was just wondering as anyone else had similar problems
