Hi, I have a 2021 Renault Zoe that has two issues 1) the heater fan has become very noisy externally, turn fan off, then the car is totally silent! 2) when I have my lights on auto mode, I my fogs are on permanently, I can’t switch them off. Change to manual, and they switch off normally! Can anyone help me on both issues Thanks James
