I think it is more about energy flows not just regeneration. I just leave my drive in B mode and over the last 4000 miles have got 4.5 miles per kWh which gives a potential range of 250 miles which I am quite happy with. perhaps I ought to qualify this by saying we are both retired so take our time and do not emulate those tyre spinning journalists.

Sounds as though you may have inadvertently moved across the icons at the top of the screen by catching the screen button on the steering wheel

I just use the My Renault app. This gives you charging information and other things as well, such as maintenance due.

Those ranges do not seem too far out. How ma y miles per kWh are you getting? It is much lowering cold weather and short trips. I imagine you are getting something Iike 2miles per kwh which mu,tiplied by the battery size of 52 kWh gives a range of 104 miles. In summer you will get nearer 5mikes per kWh which multiplied out gets you nearer the 250 miles.

I should take to a dealer and ask them to reset the service dates. Alternative.y you buy an OBD and use the relevant t software to reset it yourself though this might nullify any warranty you have.

I just connected my 'phone with a USB cable and it synchronised.

I think the best way is to buy a dongle that plugs into the OBD2 socket down by the driver's foot and connects via bluetooth to an appropriate app.

I bought a dongle on Amazon which plugs into the OBD2 socket down by the driver's foot and all sorts of battery information can be found with an appropriate app using blue tooth. I must admit I haven't tried mine yet.

Have a similar vehicle and agree the switch from ICE takes some getting used to. Most advice seems to be to keep SOC between 20% and 80% unless you need maximum mileage for a long journey.
