Hi everyone. Bought a 2021 ZE50 (R110) just over 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. Came from a 2016 leaf (24kw) so this Zoe is a bit step up in comparison. My Leaf connected to Octopus Intelligent via my Zappi v2 charger with no issues. Can't say the same for my new Zoe. I have home charged 3 times with the new Zoe. 1st time connected via the car - no charger at all. 2nd time connected via charger and a partial charge and the same against last night. Asked for 50% top up and got around 12% on a 50% full battery. I'm getting EV Full messages from the My Energy app from the Zappi. The Zappi knows I've got a Zoe, since I removed my Leaf from the vehicle settings. Any help gratefully appreciated.
