The 'My Renault' app has stopped working days after it's annual service. For the last 3 years it's been working fine however now it just shows a picture of my Zoe plus other details of my EV including the charging history but the most import information is missing e.g. state of the battery etc is now missing. I can't understand why it's suddenly stopped working . Any ideas? Is it because the car is now 3years old? But Renault and City Motors Bristol, who give its annual service haven't said I need to pay any ongoing subscription fee.
